Bio
With a focus on effective entrepreneurial methods and the impact of entrepreneurial education programs, Danielle Campeau has taught courses in business model innovation and small business management. Dr. Campeau is a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She served as the former Director of the Center for Innovation and Business Development at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and was the recipient of the Young Professional of the Year Award by Momentum West and the Small Business Development Center Excellence and Innovation Award, both in 2019.
In this role, Danielle also led the establishment of the St. Croix Valley Business Innovation Center, a business incubator, and served as the Director of the Small Business Development Center. Danielle holds a B.S. in Biology, an MBA and a DBA in Strategy & Management with a research focus in entrepreneurship. She recently managed the commercialization of new innovative products in her role as Program Manager for Product Development at DiaSorin, a medical device company in Stillwater, MN, and brings a mix of medical device, business management, and academic experience.
